GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS

The Chatham Performing Arts Boosters provide financial and hands-on volunteer support for K-12 music and theatre program activities within the School District of the Chathams.

 

During the 2018-2019 school year, CPAB provided more than $35,000 in funding to support six performing arts scholarships for CHS seniors, special workshops, new performance attire, field trip transportation, audio & lighting equipment, and more!

Taryn is studying at Moravian College pursuing a double major in Music (vocal performance) and Nursing. While at CHS Taryn participated in Chatham Voices Choir, All-State Choir, Region 1 Choir, Morris Area Honor Choir, No Strings Attached, Fall Plays and Spring Musicals, and Broadway Under the Stars.

Emily is studying at Oberlin.  While at CHS she was an active participant in the Fall Plays and Spring Musicals, and a Governor Award winner in Improvisation.

Liam is pursuing his BFA in Musical Theater at Montclair State University. While at CHS Liam was active in Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, Marching Band, Select Choir, All-State Choir, Area Choir, the Governor Awards, the Fall Plays and the Spring Musicals, and Broadway Under the Stars.

Matthew is studying political science at American University, singing a capella and in choir. While at CHS Matthew participated in Select Choir, Varsity Vocals, All-State Choir, Area Honors Choir, Wind Ensemble, Marching Band, the Fall Plays and Spring Musicals, and Broadway Under the Stars. He also was a Governor award winner and directed a student troupe in 21 Chump Street for the CHS Director's Showcase.
